"We stayed in the Annex (which is not on the hotel premises but on the street) and got woken up by the generator going on and off in the mornings. Every time it started the lights in the room went fully on and the noice was intense since the generator was located in our Annex building. The staff says they were sorry about it but they didnât offer any discount or anything else.
The hotel is a bit worn down but still nice and itâs in a little quieter area of the old town. The breakfast was good too with a big variety. The âspa accessâ included in the room was only 30 mins per day in a limited space so not all of the spa, for example no jacuzzi was part of the âspa access includedâ which we had looked forward to.
Staff was generally nice but a bit short and when my wife asked about changing her welcome drink from tea to a soda the staff was a bit unfriendly in his reply.
Itâs still a good hotel with nice rooms but we wouldnât book it again. "
