We were disappointed with our stay at Meyzi Hotel, as a lot of reviews seemed to praise this establishment. However, we stayed one night and are happy we did not stay longer, as the room was very cold regardless of how much we turned up the heat, there was no soundproofing and we could hear our neighbours through the night, the hallways and rooms smelled of cigarettes (and an overpowering amount of air freshener to cover it up), the water in the shower was lukewarm at best - despite turning it up all the way and waiting for it to heat up for more than five minutes. The breakfast was okay, although it was very limited and the coffee tasted like instant coffee. The only good thing we can say about this hotel was that the bed and pillows were comfortable. Overall, it was an okay stay for one night, but we would not stay again.
