"Did not get the chance to check in because I did not have a boarding pass. BE AWARE, this hotel is located in the transit area that needs boarding pass to get in. That's why they call it AirSide! The staff of the other side (I guess LandSide) offered to change the booking for me, but since I booked a cabin in AirSide (since this is generally a very expensive hotel compared with other European airport hotels that I normally go), and they did not have a cabin, but only hotel rooms, they asked me for 200 EUR differences, which I did not accept. So at the end it became a very bad experience for me, which maybe the hotel was not responsible for it, but still in my mind the bad experience is ssociated with this hotel and Istanbul airport, which I decided to share with other fellow travellers to know."
