"Very nice stay that me and my wife had at 1302 (13:th floor). First off, the building was impeccable, the staff was incredible, the entire hotel was modern and extremely clean and appealing. The entire staff was very nice and helped us as soon as they saw us. Service was top notch. Literally not a single complaint that I could find!"

"The hotel was clean and well-maintained, located in a convenient and pleasant area. The lobby, restaurant, and spa facilities were all in good condition and we didn’t encounter any issues during our stay. The staff were generally polite and professional, though a bit more friendliness and smiles would have made the experience warmer. English communication was minimal but manageable. For example, the cleaner spoke very little English but was extremely polite and kind. The main downside for us was the size of our room, it was quite small, and we had difficulty moving around without bumping into the furniture or our belongings. However, we noticed that other rooms in the hotel appeared to be more spacious. Overall, we were happy with our stay. It could have been a truly wonderful experience if our room had been a bit larger. "
