This was your second visit to our property, the first being 2 years ago, complaining both times of the same thing and both times we found no evidence of your complaint.

Not the Best Choice
Bathrooms were dirty, outlets were loose so nothing would stay plugged in, shower heads had no pressure (need to be replaced), one outlet upstairs was completely uncovered exposing wiring, upstairs bathroom door knob was about to fall off, and the third stair from bottom was loose and a person in our party fell down the stairs which resulted in her hurting her foot.

We appreciate your feed back however wished you would have made us aware prior to your departure of any issues so that we could have investigated and corrected them. We did investigate your claim of the third stair being loose and we did not find any loose stairs.

A quiet and relaxing place to stay on the beach. Condo had most of what was needed to have a good stay. The oven was dirty and rusted inside, so it was unusable and there could have been some smaller mixing bowls. Easy to get around the island.

December stay!
Wake to sunrise and sleep to moonrise over the ocean all from the bedroom. Oh yea…also just a short walk to driftwood beach. Would recommend!

The property was very clean and when we called for additional towels, staff brought them right over. The only issue we had was with one of the beds. We had a 2 bedroom with one queen and two twin beds. One of the twin beds definitely needed a new mattress. It was sunken in the middle and very lumpy. The second night I ended up sleeping on the sofa part of the night. We were very pleased with everything else. The main thing is the property was very clean.

Property is older but nice. Only thing was the ac unit outside was just sitting in mud and the trim in the room kept coming off. Other than that the place was great. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

Loved the fact there was a stove, full size kitchen, and spacious. The main walkway to the ocean from our room was closed off so we had to walk a little extra to get to the beach , but overall , private and nice area. The place was nice and clean and nothing to complain about.

Being used to condo on Fl beach, was surprised to find waves against rocks! Not my idea of beach. Long walk to rocky beach. Kinda like rugged Maine beach. No porch or balcony. Small paved pad with 2 straight chairs looking at trees & walkway. Nice enough kitchen & living room but could hardly walk around queen bed.

Hello, at high tide we loose our beach but there is an all day beach within 2 miles. All of our 1, 2, & 3 bedrooms have either a patio and/or balcony. Our Mini Villas do not though. We appreciate your feedback.

This makes for a nice beach stay location. Although the beach behind our room did not have access to the water, the water accessible beach options were a short drive away. The room could be updated some as well, but for the money's worth, it was a good value.

Need to do better for the money we spent
I think they can do better cleaning. And make sure the broken things are fixed before Guests arrive. The door lock was broken and there were dirty dishes in with the clean ones.

The one bedroom condo was nicely decorated, comfortable and clean. The location was great; a short walk from driftwood beach and across the street from Horton’s Pond.

The first room we were assigned was old, with old furniture, and needed to be refreshed. The odor in the room was overwhelming and caused my eyes to water, and it hurt my nose. We asked for a different room and were given a nice, well decorated room overlooking the ocean. The first room was horrible.

We loved the Driftwood Beach, so unique. Also the beach was pristine, never have we seen such clean beaches. The only drawback was we did not find the seashells that we expected to, even after we went out at low tide at 4am!

Comfy accommodations, great location
Lovely one bedroom suite, comfy and easy access to road and beach. Appreciated the many tv channels, even though things went down in the thunderstorms. Loved access to Driftwood Beach.

Our villa was great - clean, comfy and safe. Plenty of room for two - nice grounds - loved Jekyll island - it’s a great place - tram tour of historic district was great - ranger walk was fabulous! Great experience!

Great place directly on the water and great views- Quiet and safe. Only drawback is I had some older folks with me and the stairs where not great but it was for two nights. Both Villas I rented has a master bed on the ground floor and the other folks stayed upstairs. All good and will stay again instead of a motel/hotel on the island.

The shower was warm at best but it wouldn’t work half the time. The electrical outlets in the bedroom did not work and the toilet kept running and the bathtub leaked. The lady at checkout didn’t ask about my stay and basically told me to throw my Keys in the basket
