“Our hotel stay provided an excellent breakfast,with many hot & cold foods to satisfy your empty stomach. Our rooms were also cleaned every day,and were very spacious and well equiped for those that chose to cook their own food. A large bed,air conditioning & a clean modern bathroom were also very much appreciated,and it's only a 5 minute walk to the "T" subway. Ive had no hesitation in recommending this hotel to all friends and family who may choose to holiday in Boston.”

“First Time in Boston , I stayed here for 3 weeks and it was a great private clean environment. I appreciate the hospitality that was giving by the property manger.”

The cabinet’s door handles were falling off. The cabinetry was very dated. In the bathroom the sink had cracks in it. This property seems more suitable for a short stay not any extended stay.”

The next day, we discover a cracked toilet, door frames with no paint, and a shower curtain hanging down because the fitting has come loose from the cracked tiles. “Incredibly clean, exactly what I paid for and more. Rooms have great privacy, are well kept, and have HVAC that regulates room temp well. Excellent customer service, was easily able to contact property managers to discuss personal accommodations and they were more than happy to help. Could not recommend this place enough for an affordable stay in Boston. Easy to get into the city as the station is just a quick walk from the property (and a safe walk at night).”

“This is basically a student share, where you will get a room from a kid off for the summer, with shared bathroom (clean enough, but towels provided smelled moldy, so we went out to but a new one).
