It was better than we expected. Wonderful place and stay. Was perfect for our large group. Pool was great and the paddle board and kayaks were a blast. It felt so warm and inviting. We saw so many dolphins and iguanas and lizards! Rob and Stacy were great to deal with and very accommodating.

The house was clean, no bugs (that we saw), and the location is amazing! On a point in the quiet part of the water. 10 minutes after dropping our bags, we were greeted by a dolphin going back and forth in the water until sunset. Kayaks and paddle boards definitely a bonus. The pool had a good shallow shelf and nice large deep area, really nice when it is hot! If you like watching wildlife, especially birds- this is the place to stay! Rob and his partner were engaging and super responsive to any questions. We come to Jupiter 5-6 times a year and this home will definitely be used by us again! Thanks Rob!

We celebrated our son’s wedding in Jupiter. The house was close to the Pelican Club, restaurants and grocery stores. There were ten of us who stayed. We used the house as home base for other family and friends who weren’t staying at the house. It was so great for family and friends who had traveled a great distance to be together other than at the actual wedding. The outdoor area and specifically the back yard and pool area were especially enjoyable for everyone. We appreciated the large cooler, outdoor speaker and large table. There was also a large bbq which we did not use. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and found the house perfect for our large group and highly recommend it. We would definitely stay again.

We had an amazing stay at this property! The outdoor area is fantastic—we spent pretty much our entire trip outside, relaxing by the pool and soaking up the views. One of the highlights was watching fish jump in the water as we swam in the pool. Highly recommend for anyone looking to unwind and enjoy the outdoors!

I stayed here with a group of girlfriends and we truly had that best stay. Beautiful home inside and out. The pool and outdoor grill area are the perfect place to stay and hang at the house. Kitchen and entire house very spacious. Great location. Close to good restaurants in Jupiter and less than 30 minutes to WPB. Will definitely be back!

I can’t even put into words how much fun, how amazing, and how wonderful our stay was at Rob’s place!! We had a family wedding in Jupiter, so it was a perfect place for all of us to get ready and hang out during the wedding festivities!! There was something for everyone
..there were kayaks, paddle-boards, and sitting by the pool!! We felt like we were on our own private island!! Waking up early to a beautiful sunrise was probably the best part of Rob’s place!! We can’t wait to come back next year!! Thanks again for everything!!!

Excellent experience! Perfect location, house and views of the water. Indoors was large, spotless, comfortable and perfect for family to gather and relax. Entertainment and games were also a big hit! Outdoor pool, yard and lanai (with outdoor bbq, fridge, and tables) kept the kids and family gainfully employed all day long. Highly recommend this home as there were no issues or drawbacks. Excellent!

A great property with tons of space and a beautiful yard, pool, and view. It is also conveniently located near lots of great restaurants and bars. We appreciated the extras in the house like the paddeboard, coolers, speaker, etc. that made our stay fun and easy.

Stayed here for a week for our destination wedding with our immediate familes. The house is gorgeous and very open. Nobody felt on top of each other. Beds are comfortable and rooms very clean. The outside features were the favorites. We had everymeal outside because that view is spectacular. Did get to see the family of otters that are local residences. Didn't have to contact Rob during stay but he was very responsive prior to arrival. The masterbedroom closet and bathroom is a girl's dream. We did have some wedding photos done there and they are gorgeous. Pool was clean and cleaned during our stay. My family can't wait to plan another trip and stay again.

Rob’s property was in an ideal location. The pool and outdoor living area are the gem of this location. Each bedroom provides a secluded living space if you are traveling with friends or family and need a peaceful retreat. Plenty of bathrooms for a large crowd. We were extremely happy with the communication from the host.

We LOVED this rental and have already told all of our friends about it. It’s literally on its own peninsula, very private/quiet, and has its own launch area for kayaks and paddle-boards. We had quite a few friends over and they were blown away by the property. We grilled and ate out on the porch at a gorgeous wood table for 12, swam in the pool, listened to music, and had the most wonderful getaway. This place is classy, so if you’re looking for a Vegas style party house that will be in a loud area, this is NOT the place for you. However, if you want a quiet piece of paradise, you want to stay here. Rob, the owner, loves right down the street and was super attentive to all our needs. Thank you for a perfect stay! When we first arrived we drove down a long driveway to a “Hidden Paradise on a Peninsula”! Simply amazing views from all aspects inside or out. Spectacular ambience all around. Home has such great character and space galore. The 6 bedrooms accommodated us perfectly. Decor was beautiful and the huge pool was a big hit too! We stayed here and had an awesome week for our son’s wedding in Jupiter. We’ll be back again soon. Thanks Rob for being such an attentive host.

While the spot’s a 10, there’s some deferred maintenance. We tried to discuss it, gently, w/ Rob but he took offense. Eg in a side room, we had a BAD carpenter ant invasion with-no joke-1000s of bugs swarming. When we described the time spent dealing w/ them-buying & spraying Ortho Defense around the perimeter-his response was “There were a few ants, get over it” We’re from So FL & not squeamish about bugs,but this was intense. Note that the “GREAT DOCK” offered is in some disrepair-the ladder/stairs down to the floatdock, where you would dock your boat is in decay, with shards of rust poking out. Be careful. & if you bring your own boat, use a cover bc there’s a tree that drops sap/seeds that stain deck & cushions. Bring your own basic toiletries and paper products. We got only Âœ a roll of TP in ea. room. No soap/shampoo; no tissues; no trashbags; & only 1 roll of paper towels. Ok to supply-if you know in advance-but all were listed as provided when we booked. Rob has now deleted some of those items from the list but make sure to check. But the site’s lovely, water serene, & we were surrounded by family & friends for my mom’s bday-note, we had 18 ppl (including the 10 of us staying at the house) for dinner one night which Rob says he should’ve charged xtra for, but didn’t-so clarify the policy before booking. Some problems but the spot itself is great. As long as you don’t mind the gruff owner, no soap, etc, & swarms of ants, you’ll enjoy your stay-like we ultimately did.
