The home is built with fully retractable glass sliding walls in nearly every room - allowing guests the opportunity to open up their room to the pristine landscape outside, as well as reconfigure each living space. Separated into four distinct pods, the Akamai House is widely spaced for extra privacy and offers fiber broadband WIFI for extra fast internet throughout. The central living space, perched over the stream and with gorgeous views, features a cozy living room, kitchen and dining room. Across the foyer is a large pantry, laundry room and bathroom. On each side of the central living space are two spacious bedrooms, each with beautiful views, a queen bed, a bathroom and an outdoor bathtub.

An infinity pool is perched over the landscape on the west side of the home, allowing guests a space to enjoy the view and the spectacular sunsets. Near the pool is a bedroom with a queen bed and an en-suite bathroom with a shower. On the other side of the property is a spacious bunk room connected to the garage that offers a full bed, two cots, an office, a kitchenette, a 55" TV and a bathroom with a shower-a perfect space for the kids.

The Akamai House is available for 30-day rental increments per Hawaii County regulations.
