Hi Alan, we're glad you enjoyed the location and amenities, but we're sorry certain aspects of your stay fell short of expectations. We followed up with the homeowner after reading your feedback, and they wanted to share the following: - We have never received any complaints about this in the past about the garage door, but we are having our property manager check it out to ensure there are no issues. - The cleaners leave a starter supply of essential items for each guest's arrival, including kitchen and bathroom trash bags, laundry and dishwasher pods, dish soap and sponge, two rolls of toilet paper per bathroom, two rolls of paper towels, hand soap, shampoo, and conditioner. - The coffee maker has been replaced. - Most of the furniture is from a Hawaii furniture store, and while comfort is subjective, we're sorry it didn't suit your personal preference. The owners do all they can to make the best possible stay, and we look forward to this property hosting many satisfied guests!
