“Fan didn’t work in the bathroom and asked staff to fix it and they didn’t, air filter in the room was long past due to be changed, heard upstairs people flushing their toilet, showering and walking around at all hours of the night, showering was extremely slippery, bathroom floor was really gross”

“Ok frukost. Flygtransver var 30 min.”

“Really nice location right on the beach and train stop. Spacious room with beautiful ocean view. They allowed us a late check out free of charge which was very nice as we were catching a late afternoon flight. Free airport transfer, easy and quick. We would definitely book this hotel again if we return to Boston. Great value!”

“Check in was easy, we checked in after midnight due to a concert we had attended and staff was helpful. My only complaint is the bathroom wasn’t as clean as I had expected, just dust along the mirror, mirror had marks/smudges like it hadn’t been wiped down and there was some small hairs left in the shower. Bed was clean though and the rest of the room was clean. Breakfast was okay, it’s a normal hotel continental breakfast. Only complaint about it was the milk for coffee had definitely gone bad...

“We stayed for a couple of nights when visiting Salem during the day. The staff was great and the rooms were comfortable, we'd definitely stay again.”

“The staff were very pleasant and went above a beyond for the ultimate satisfaction of their guest...”

“Clean room, nice staff. Very helpful”
