“Rent. Bra sängar. Fick en räkning på frukosten, inte en fråga utan en nota direkt. Frukost hade vi inkluderat men receptionen hade missat det. De ordnade det, men inte kul att få en nota. Hissarna dåliga. Kaffet såg ut som smaksatt vatten alla dagar. Dålig frukost överlag. ”

“Ok frukost. Flygtransver var 30 min.”

“Check in was easy, we checked in after midnight due to a concert we had attended and staff was helpful. My only complaint is the bathroom wasn’t as clean as I had expected, just dust along the mirror, mirror had marks/smudges like it hadn’t been wiped down and there was some small hairs left in the shower. Bed was clean though and the rest of the room was clean. Breakfast was okay, it’s a normal hotel continental breakfast. Only complaint about it was the milk for coffee had definitely gone bad...

“I was missing breakfast.”

“We stayed for a couple of nights when visiting Salem during the day. The staff was great and the rooms were comfortable, we'd definitely stay again.”

“Fan didn’t work in the bathroom and asked staff to fix it and they didn’t, air filter in the room was long past due to be changed, heard upstairs people flushing their toilet, showering and walking around at all hours of the night, showering was extremely slippery, bathroom floor was really gross”

“Clean room, nice staff. Very helpful”

“Had to change room twice because the key didn’t work. No water and other amenities were not available.”
