The neighborhood has its own marina & boat ramp for guests to use. Grab your golf clubs and play on the greens at The Legends Golf Course just a few minutes away! If hiking is more your style, you can go to Longhorn Cavern or Inks State Park and explore the area! This neighborhood is local to easy grocery stores, restaurants, and exciting things to do. Pet fee is non-refundable $100 per pet, If evidence of additional pets are found there will be an automatic charge of $500 added to the card on file. Additional Fees: There is an additional fee to heat the pool. We do require 24 notice prior to reservation to heat the pool. Please inquire for pricing if you will be needing this additionally. Community Pool is open seasonally from May 1st to Oct 31st, but private pool will always be available for guest use! We are available via phone, text, email, messaging, or in person if needed--Kendahl Property Management Company contact info will be sent at the time of booking. **You are more than welcome to use the grill, but if you use the grill, you are responsible for cleaning the grill. If the grill is not cleaned a $50 charge will be charged to the guest who confirmed the reservation. âŒïžPLEASE FULLY READ AND NOTE PRIOR TO BOOKING TO ENSURE NOTHING LESS THAN A PERFECT STAYâŒïž: 1). Due to the subdivision rules, only 3 vehicles max are allowed to park at the home in the driveway. Absolutely NO parking is allowed in the street. Additional parking area is located below the home and additional parking for trailers is located at the front of the Legends subdivision or you can call Boat Dockters as well for storage. Please make sure your trailer is parked in the correct spot or it could be subjected to being towed at the owner's expense and then we would charge guests for reimbursement. 2). Absolutely no more than 10 people at the property per HOA rules. 3). Please let us know 72 hours in advance if you will be bringing a boat and needing a boat slip. 4).
