The Grand Cumbrian är en två våningar hem featuing en mästare svit nere och en andra på övervåningen tillsammans med två dubbla sovrum och ytterligare badrum. Nedre våningen finns ett fullt utrustat kök med två vardagsrum och en matsal.
På övervåningen finns ett härligt loftområde med en Wii för lite kul.
För lite roligare finns det ett spelrum för hela familjen som innehåller ett biljardbord, airhockeybord och fooseballbord.
Om du gillar att njuta av några solsken i Florida finns det en privat sydpool och spa som är uppbyggd mot ett lovley naturskyddsområde där hjort har varit känt för att frolick men det är fortfarande skärmad in och har en uteplats för viss skugga om det behövs.

Detta hem ligger nära alla roliga attraktioner som den helt nya Margaritaville Water Park som också har barer, affärer och resturants som gör det till den nya stadspromenaden.

Birthday family celebration

Had lovely family holiday in a great location. Situated in a safe gated community close to all the theme parks, shops and restaurants. House was spacious and well equipped. Pool was a big hit with everyone. Would certainly recommend.

Perfect

This home was absolutely perfect for my family We didn’t want to leave the house to explore. The only things the kids complained about was the Wii controllers didn’t work after we bought batteries but the pool and game room made up for it! My mother and grandmother enjoyed the air hockey and pool table.

Florida Family Vacation

This home is located in a nice gated community. The landscaping helps with privacy in the backyard. We all really enjoyed the pool and hot tub. Plenty of space for us (4 adults & 3 kids ages 5, 6 and 9). Communication before, during, and after was great. We would definitely recommend this VRBO.

Florida Getaway

We were very pleased with the house and location so close to Disney. Family and friends joined us for part of the time and there was adequate space for everyone. We did experience a glitch with the pool heater. The property manager, Dave, responded promptly and it was fixed quickly. We would definitely stay at this house again.

Cumbrian Lakes Villa Kissimmee

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, credit to the Villa owners for making it such a wonderful place in which we spent our vacation. The villa was well equipped for all aspects of our stay. It was furnished with a thought to families and it definitely had that homely feeling. The Villa was extremely clean throughout, great attention to detail. Lovely Home

Nice property, but needs a refresh

The home was located in a nice, quiet gated community in the Kissimmee area close to many attractions and shopping. Overall the house has "good bones" and with a little updating and TLC would be a great location to enjoy a Florida vacation. The interactions we had with the management company regarding an issue with the A/C not working properly and the need of a freon recharge which was resolved within 8 hours on a Sunday, which did not affect our daily activities, as we were out of the house for the day. Their response was timely. We also had one of the smoke detectors needing a battery replacement during our stay, which was addressed promptly. The house is in need of complete carpet replacement, as it is worn and stained. The flooring would be better replaced with LVP flooring which would be better suited for the Florida climate and ease of cleaning. The beds were comfortable, and the overall layout of the house was great for our group of adults (age range 55-87). We enjoyed the pool and spa, and would recommend the pool heat in all but the hottest months. I would recommend the property for location, layout and amenities, and with the needed updates, it would be a destination that anyone would thoroughly enjoy!

Great vacation home

The house was very clean and the pool and spa were really nice. Saw some deer in the back which was cool and spent nights outside relaxing by the pool. Rooms were clean and the whole house was an overall great stay. Would definitely stay again

LOVELY TIME!

DREAMS do come true in the most magical place on earth and this beautiful house in a terrific gated complex certainly contributed to that! Our daughter and family joined us and we had a fabulous week! The house was the icing on the cake! From booking to end Jane, the Property Manager was top notch with her customer service! Besides the house needing some updates to bring it back up to the evident pride of the owners we would recommend it all!

Great stay, great place

Enjoyed our stay there and pictures were very accurate. We had 7 adults and enough bathrooms, bedrooms and room to move around as we were not on top of each other. Close enough to the Disney parks and Walmart . I was always in the lanai eating my breakfast and enjoying the day. The place was clean, and roomy and very spacious. We would rent from you again.

Overall great. I live in Charlotte, NC and we have our air conditioning set at 70, not 75. I really understand the given reasons for that on your end. You need another unit upstairs to keep it at a comfortable temp.
