"The hotel isn’t 5 stars. You can give this hotel 3 stars. Bad service. I asked for a baby bed which was included in my booking and I never get it for my 4 days stay in the hotel. I asked them every day and they told me that the housekeeping will fix it."

When we arrived, we were told the elevator was out of service, and the staff just said, “We’re not responsible,” with no help at all. What saved the situation was the amazing hotel manager. "Very good accommodation, although, missing both hairdresser, some conveniences in kitchen and towels (which we received after asking at the lobby). Area is excellent with good communication to central Paris and nice cozy restaurants close by. Also a convenient store in the next building over."
