Stunning Villa - Luxury Community, Amenities

This beautiful villa is located in the pristine & secure community of Palmilla. This community has a beautiful lake, waterfalls & mountain views. Be careful you may not want to leave! The home has a gorgeous & private backyard equipped with a salt water pebble tec pool & spa, BBQ and plenty of indoor and outdoor entertainment. For those cozy evenings there is fire pit & outdoor heat lamps. Large open concept living room, bar, spacious dining room, large kitchen, full office and so much more...

Welcome to Stunning Villa! This community was winner in 2003 of the best single-family detached community of all of US! This is a well appointed villa with 2 spacious bedrooms, all en suite in the main home and an office. Of the court yard, there is a 3rd bedroom with en suite in detached casita. Creating great privacy, if needed. If for any reason, you prefer office to be moved to the guest house and bedroom to the main home, we can arrange that. There is a 2 car long driveway and 2 car garage available for guests' use. This villa is perfect for a monthly gateway or a seasonal stay, or extended stay as it is fully set up for that. Everything you would need for a perfect getaway is here, you just need your bags, yourself and your loved ones!

If you love entertaining, the living and formal dining is perfect for that! With high ceilings, step down wet bar, open floor concept, so everyone can gather in one place, plus incredible indoor/outdoor living with large sliders that open to the yard and pool area. Living room has a stone fire place, comfortable yet stylish seating and build in entertainment center.

Kitchen is large with a spacious pantry and plenty of storage with plenty of cabinets. It is fully stoked kitchen to fulfill your culinary needs. The locked off office is great for those wanting to work remote or get some matters taken care of. The doors have windows, with beautiful views into outdoors keeping your motivation high and allowing you to keep tabs of the main areas, if needed.

Large primary suite has a fire place and tv, his and her large walk-in closets and the best part aside from comfortable bed and lush lines? The views! Sliders that go all the way in, provide that indoor outdoor living. Soak up the natural light, beautiful nature and pool views. Experiencing everyday what Palm Springs living is all about! Extra large shower, soaking tub and double vanity completes a large en-suite. The second bedroom is off the hallway, by the office, giving a lot of privacy to both suites. That bedroom is completed with an en-suite, plenty of windows and sunlight, tv and a desk, as a bonus.

PARKING:
3 cars in the driveway, please no street parking.

POOL|SPA:
Pool: $100/daily fee (to include spa) to 82 degrees. (More heat is an additional fee)
Spa only: $35/daily fee to 102 degrees. SPA HEATED ON DEMAND ONLY. USUALLY 15-30 MINUTES TO HEAT, DEPENDING ON THE TIME OF THE YEAR, CAN BE UP TO 50 MINUTES IN COLDER WEATHER. SPA IS NOT HEATED FOR ARRIVAL. Gas prices are at an all time high entering the new year, and we do not profit on these fees. If you need the pool/spa heated upon your arrival, let me know at least 24hrs in advance. We can have it ready for your arrival at that time. Pool heating time varies depending on outside temperature. Pool fee can not be refunded unless heating issue is due to a problem with equipment.

GATE: Guests will need to kindly provide first and last names of adult guests in order to be able to go through the community gate. To kindly do so anytime up to 24 hours before.

PETS:
We are pet friendly! Please let us know in advance, if you need any special accommodations. $200 pet deposit is required and if no additional pet cleaning left behind, $150 is refunded at time of check out and $50 goes towards pet's stay and $25 for each following pet.

EARLY CHECK-IN/LATE CHECK-OUT REQUESTS:
If you need special accommodations with early check-in/late check-out, we will gladly help UPON AVAILABILITY. Early check-in fee is $75, payment has to be provided upon request, otherwise, the request will not be valid. Late check-out requests are not easily attainable as our staff needs to properly sanitize and clean before the next guests arrive. In the event we do not have a reservation following yours or can bring in extra staff to expedite cleaning substantially, we will gladly accommodate for a $75 fee and move our cleaning crew to a later schedule or help you extend for the day or night at a special rate.All late check out requests need to be submitted before 8:30pm the evening prior to check out

CHECKOUT DUTIES: when possible, if you could start a load of pool towels in washing machine, put your trash in the trash area and start a load in dishwasher. It is the request asked by my cleaning team and they appreciate it immensely. With CDC new guidelines, which we follow, they have a lot more duties to complete, this helps them to be timely for everyone. Thank you so much!

CHILD TRAVEL ITEMS:
Being a small family business, we love hosting and accommodating all of our guests, especially our younger ones! We do provide pack and plays and high chairs complimentary for our little guests with a 24 hour in advance notice. For any other items such as strollers, car seats, children toys or anything along those lines, we have partnered with a local vendor that can be of assistance. Please reach out to our team for details. Please note: Fees will apply for those items. Payable directly to the vendor. Guest access
Guests have access to the entire home & backyard. Palmilla is unique community right in the heart of La Quinta with stunning architectural design, surrounded with multi million dollar homes and impressive grounds with many lakes and waterfalls. Great area to go for walks and enjoy outdoors. Or sit on a bench and get lost in the nature views.

Other things to note
The desert can become extremely windy, please fold down all umbrellas when they’re not in use or on the premises. Thank you!

The best of La Quinta California

The house was perfect for our month 's stay. The gated community was ingeniously designed with small lakes and waterways, well cared for and shared by friendly neighbors. The kitchen was very well supplied with hardware and the interior was as warm as a rental can be - comfortable wall coverings and furniture. Kids and adults enjoyed the hot tub, and we never had to heat the pool. The pool property really is a great part of the home. A few of the guests were amateur astronomers so it didn't take long to tune the scope and use it on mostly clear nights. We had a thoroughly grand time in the area and look forward to our return. Thank you, Anneta, for your help though slldom required.
