"Nice location AC unit did t work and the room was pretty hot. Little to no air circulation. Had to sleep with the door open it got so hot. (Yes, we had all 2 windows completely open.)"

Golden Nugget Hotel & Casino Lake Tahoe
"The AC in the room was not working and we kept calling but nobody picked up! The call was on hold and there was no one at the reception. When it was Hard Rock Cafe the service was much better! Not booking this again!"
