“The location was a perfect stay for us. We wanted to do activities during the day and rest at night and it’s close enough to Colorado Springs that we could easily drive there in 30 minutes. “We had an amazing time staying here. The house was clean, fully stocked with everything we (family of 9) needed. The property is well maintained, gorgeous views (saw wildlife right outside the balcony). Close vicinity to restaurants, grocery stores and gas stations. Quiet, peaceful neighborhood. We went to Cave of the winds mountain park, Rafting on the Arkansas river, Hiking and to the top of Pikes Peak all attractions within driving distance. “Hot tub and inside areas were very clean. Took some time to get used to the loft stairs since they were a bit steep, but sturdy. Felt secluded without being too far out of the way. Great views of the forest.”
