“It's quite a lot further up the mountain than we expected. Roads are rough going. You need good suspension. House had leaking washing machine and dryer needs upgrading. Stove top needed cleaning. But the house was very clean. The deck was a great place to have your morning tea and a good book. More seating needed on decking as two seats for a family wasn't enough. Management company was very responsive, professional and welcoming. I would rent again just because of management company.”

“We had such a great time here - the cabin is exactly as pictured. Just as nice and new as the photos show. They also went above and beyond any other rental we’ve ever stayed at as far as stocking the house with things you need - dish soap, shampoo and conditioner, olive oil and seasonings, Tupperware, coffee, a pack and play. It’s a quick drive in to Durango. Just note that the ladder up to the loft is really steep. My 5 and 3 year olds figured it out but only climbed with supervision. Not a...

“It was a beautiful property and a 5 minute walk to the village. We enjoyed time at the town home and exploring all that Breckenridge has to offer.”

“While it’s not ski in ski out, it’s only an easy 5 minute walk to the slopes. Plenty of room for our family of 4 plus a friend one night. Kitchen had enough pots and pans but no spices or foil or anything. Not a problem, but would like to let others know to bring salt and pepper if they can or want to. Front desk was very nice and helpful. Will definitely stay here again - hopefully the other units are as good if this one is not available. Third floor was not a big deal without an elevator....
