âThe property managers were top notch...I hate giving this a review because it's so wonderful at Porto 15 that I might be letting the cat out the bag.. gorgeous rooftop pool with a view all the way out to the Ocean . Mix that with the rooftop Jacuzzi and the weather, hey you can't ask for anything better. The place was awesome and you learn your parking spot so everyone works together. Salute Porto 15 a hidden gem..â
âWE ALMOST DIED HERE!!!
First of all , there was a promise that we would have a bottle of wine in the room- there wasnât any. On the first day we missed out on towels and asked for them , we received the smallest ones sized like napkin.
On 1th of feb 2022 we woke up at 5 am due to people in the hall screaming itâs BURNING RUN. The alarm was barely heard. We tried to escape but due to electricity problems there was a fire in our hallway . No emergency exits were to be seen in the fog since...

âMy friend and i stayed for a week and it was honestly amazing. Mexico is beautiful but i believe it was the people the make it so beautiful. the workers were literally our family, they treated us with respect, kindness and compliments. This resort is truly amazing and hopefully i come back in december!!â
âThe hotel is not close to downtown. The bed was awful, I couldnât sleep at all and had pain in my back the whole time. They say a breakfast is included but it is more like nothing included. Will never go back to that hotel again. â
âThe beach wasnât the best one but the hotel service was excellent. The food was a 8 out 10. Hotel Entertainment was ok, I think it was too quiet. But it has beautiful views and the environment is great. â

âEl servicio todo incluido es extremadamente cĂłmodo, sobretodo porque incluye acceso al sauna, vapor y jacuzzi en el SPA. Tienen dos Jacuzzis en el ĂĄrea de piscinas, que es increĂble. Amo los Jacuzzis. Y se encuentra a 15 minutos de aeropuerto con acceso al mar. Excelente para vacaciones y viajes de negocios.â
âI truly enjoyed every moment I spent at this location. I stayed at La Hacienda which is the adults only part and it was absolutely relaxing. Maribel at the cafe in the front was outstanding. She really took care of us as much as she could and if I ever stay again at La Hacienda is because of her. The whole staff goes above and beyond for everyone. The hotel is also very close to everything. I felt very safe and welcomed here. â
