âIt was a very pleasant experience. I personally didnât like that a bathtub was missing and that the breakfast was served only at 7:30. At 7 was possible to eat only pre-cooked things and before than nothing. Was tough because I had to wake up at 6 and go to work early. They could prepare some cold take-away things though and this was kind of a relief! â
âThe Old Rose and Crown is in a quiet location on the edge of the Lickey Hills surrounded by grass and trees. It is easy to reach from the M5.
The room was well set out with comfortable bed, sofa and chairs, and en suite.
The only downside was that no food is provided on site but there are a couple of pub / restaurants within 10 mins walk of the hotel. If you need to drive into the city centre from the hotel at peak times this will take about an hour.

âWe really enjoyed our stay. I am a scrounge when paying for meals out But we thought the evening meal was good value. The waiters where very helpful and helped to make it a great success. ONE FAULT WAS I DIDN'T REALISE YOU HAD TO PAY FOR PARKING. BEFORE WARNED.!

âI enjoyed my stay at The Greenland's Inn, the room was very clean and the staff were so lovely. I didn't eat or drink at the bar because of how late I was working so I cannot comment on that. However there is a local area for shopping with places like Sainsburys and M&S, as well as local food spots too (which are really affordable). There can be some noise if there is a party going on but the night it was on when I stayed it was finished around 11pm so wasn't too inconvenient. I would definitely...
