“We had booked a handicap room and when we got there, we were informed it was out of order. It would have been nice to get a text or email ahead of time. The receptionist was helpful, offering to refund without charge or upgrade. Since we could not find another close hotel with a handicap access room, we chose to stay. “Ot is a beautiful propperty with spacious and clean rooms. That being said, they need to train all the staff in customer service skills, polite etiquette and how to assist the guests with whatever they have questions about. Upon check-in (after 12 midnight), the older lady did not inform me of any basic services or rules of the hotel. I was not told about Housekeeping, when check out is on my departure, or even what stores or amenities are nearby. The second day of my stay, I did have a helpful...

“We just stayed one night. Our room was clean and comfortable and the service was great. Christine checked us in. She was very informative and helpful. The shower was great! Nothing super special about it except that the water pressure was awesome! We had a nice glass of wine at the bar. All around it was a nice stay. I would rent again and would recommend. ”
