The Space: Our family-friendly coach house boasts five bedrooms with a total of 10 beds, sleeping up to 16 guests comfortably. It comes with a free car park space - ideal if you are arriving with a car.
Living Room: Plenty of room to relax and enjoy entertainment through the Smart TV in the lounge: 2 double sofa beds Ground floor bathroom: with a modern shower suite.

Kitchen: Fully equipped with a large familyn table and bench. A fully kitted kitchen with an oven/hob, microwave oven, Nespresso coffee machine, dishwasher!
Please note that the house cannot host parties - it is suitable for respectful groups looking to celebrate special occasions in Liverpool whilst respecting our local neighbourhood. We simply ask that you respect that there are other residents to consider and noise must be kept to a reasonable level especially in the evening and no partying or loud music to be played in or outside the property after 10pm.
Guest Access: Guests have exclusive private access to the entire house for the duration of their stay.
The Neighborhood: This is an ideal place for foodies and culture hounds who would like to explore the great variety of restaurants and pubs within Bold Street, Hope Street, or Duke Street areas. Hope Street is home to some of Liverpool's top restaurants such as The Florist and The London Carriageworks.
Walking distance to Liverpool City Centre shopping, Philharmonic Hall and Everyman Theatre all within short stroll. You can also venture to the scenic and historic spots like Ropewalks and the picturesque Georgian Quarter within easy walking distance so you can enjoy a variety of independent shops, coffee shops, and restaurants or the view of scenic buildings and original cobbled streets. Albert Dock and Liverpool Museums and Tate Modern Gallery are about a 10 minute walk.
A few minutes walk away to Britain's biggest Cathedral - the Liverpool Anglican Cathedral.
Getting Around: If you're exploring the city centre - you are already within walking distance of everything! However, if you're venturing out of the city centre there are plenty of bus stops within a minutes walk. Liverpool One bus stop is a short walk away as well as Liverpool Central Station.
The house is located within walking distance of the Philharmonic, Everyman Theatre, all the city’s food, culture, and entertainment treasures. There's great little cafe that opened up right next to the house! It's called Coffi and is absolutely gram worthy. You can walk everywhere to amazing restaurants, bars, including Cains Brewery village which is less than 20 minutes stroll from the house. Wander the neighbourhood to find traditional pubs and fine dining restaurants. Hop on a bus (if you don't fancy the walk!) to Liverpool Waterfront and stop off at The Royal Albert Docks or The Tate. If you’re a Beatlemaniac, head into Liverpool Central where you’ll find The Beatles Shop and The Beatles Story.

We are available from 9am-9pm each day to help with any queries via phone call or message. We do have an emergency out of hours team that helps out during later hours though they are limited in what assistance they can provide. Hence, any issues communicated outside of these hours will need to be dealt with the next day unless it is an emergency situation.
The house is located within a residential area, as such this is not suitable for parties, events or celebrations and we have a strict policy against loud music or noise. Please do expect street noise due to its central location.
We host hen and stag groups in this property.
We are unable to host groups of guests under 25 at this property.
The check in time is 3pm & check out 10am - Please adhere to these times unless otherwise agreed. An unauthorised late check out will incur a charge.
TOWELS & LINEN - We provide all bed linens (sheet, duvet cover, pillow cases) - We provide 1 bath towel per guest and a hand towel for each bathroom. Please bring your own if you require more.

Smoking is strictly forbidden in the property and any sign of smoking will incur a £100 charge.
Please note, during exceptionally busy periods we may need to gain access to the property to complete maintenance works. This is to keep the property in good order for your stay. We always give 24 hours notice of this unless there is an emergency which needs addressing sooner. Please do not change the boiler settings under any circumstances, if you need any assistance with this please don't hesitate to get in touch and we will be happy to assist you!
Kindly note that we cannot accept parcels delivered to the apartment’s address and cannot be held responsible for any lost/damaged items. If you do require a parcel to be delivered during your stay, please contact us for our office address.
