The staff were friendly and helpful. The waiter who served us dinner on the evening of 22nd March was particularly helpful and very professional.
The room although a little dated was of a good size. The room was clean and the house keeping ensured the room was refreshed on the 22nd March.
My only concern was that a significant number of boys, possibly there due to a football event were not supervised appropriately by the adults, who were obviously responsible for them. There were occasions when they ran round the corridors, played with a football in the bar / reception area and at times the adults joined in. Breakfast was also disturbed by the sheer number of either unsupervised or poorly supervised boys by the responsible adults. I felt that the staff were put in a very difficult position, as there was very little they could do. I feel it is essential that you review your booking system so that there are sufficient adults to provide adequate supervision.
Despite this however I felt that overall the stay was good value for money.
