"Novotel Paddington gav samma goda upplevelse som andra hotell i kedjan. Fräscha rum, trevlig personal och allt man behöver med restaurang o gym. Frukosten innehöll det som kan förväntas men inte mer. Personalen var hjälpsam m tips när vi skulle till fotbollsarenan och upplevdes allmänt vilja ge bästa upplevelse."

"Nice room/hotel in the center of the city. Have no complaints about the actual facilities, however, there were several pubs and clubs on the street, including in the hotel, so it got very, very noicy at night with a room towards the street. Probably mostly a weekend problem though, and the staff did give me earplugs so it didn't ruin my sleep too much. Also, the hotel is not a VIP Access hotel, despite Hotels.com claiming so. Or at least two staff members hadn't heard of it when I asked on check-in. It's fine, the hotel was still nice but was a bit of a bummer to not be correctly informed when booking as that factor had tipped the scales a bit for me."

"Inchekningen finns mycket att önska. Spelar ingen roll om du checkat in online, fick vänta 25 min i kö vid receptionen för att komma fram och få min nyckel"

"Utmärkt rum och läge nära centrum. Enda anmärkningen är att rummet på första våningen vätte mot ett tak så det var dubbla rutor okrossbart och därmed inte möjligt att öppna fönstret. Våning 2 nästa gång!"

"We stay here every time we are in Liverpool, which is a couple of times a year. Fantastic location, really nice decor, and wonderful staff. We can recommend the rooms with a separate bedroom, which also have both a washing machine and a dryer. On the downside: no lighting above the bathroom mirror. Too few peces of china and glasses. Best accommodation in Liverpool! Love it, love it, love it! "
