We booked this property because it advertised air conditioning, but from the first night the apartment stayed around 80°F even with the AC running continuously. We reported the issue immediately and followed every troubleshooting step the host suggested, including sealing the window around the portable AC. “The place was in very bad condition. It is an old apartment that needs update, cockroaches, running in the kitchen and the bathroom. Bathroom, caulking, mold everywhere It is not something that I will rent again”

“This was an excellent stay in a nicely appointed condo on the east side. The neighborhood was safe and quiet and the unit was 16 stories up. There are plenty of restaurants nearby and the Rosevelt Tram is just up the street. There's a insanely busy Trader Joe's in easy walking distance and plenty of small shops and street vendors. The nearest subway stop (the "E" line) is a bit of a walk, but there are crosstown bus stops on every block and just outside the lobby. The king-size bed was comfy and...

“Deben limpiar y pintar adentro. Tiene mal olor y hay un vecino que solo pelea y pelea. El lugar es accesible pero deberian utilizar el dinero para mantener mejor las àreas. Las ventanas no abren y no limpian el a/c ni afuera. Definito que no es una opcion para volver.”
