For security purposes, we have a Ring camera installed at the entrance to monitor guest count. The number of guests must match the reservation. Any additional guests will be charged $100 per person per stay. Unauthorized pets will incur a $100 fee.

Lost keys or gate openers will result in a $300 replacement fee per item.

Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartment. A $300 smoking violation fee will apply.
