“Me and my family have stayed at this resort multiple times over the last decade plus. This recent trip was a little underwhelming when it came to the room cleanliness where the floors were left gritty and sandy and the drinks and snacks were not re-stocked as they usually are. And many weddings were scheduled this week making the normal entertainment venues relocate to sub-optimal locations in the resort. Other than that, all other aspects of the stay were 5 star as usual.”

“When I booked the room, I was promised an Ocean View Room. When I got to the room, there was a view of a small hotel pool - but no ocean view. I went to the front desk to register my complaint. They said the room was considered an ocean view room. (?!?!?!?!?) They offered to change my room 2 days into my 4 night stay, but at that point we were already unpacked and settled in. “We had an amazing stay at Kadun Hotel Boutique in Cabo San Lucas — truly a 10/10 experience!
From the moment we arrived, the service stood out. A special thank you to the bellboys, Evan and Jaime, who were incredibly helpful throughout our stay. “Location is great but there was two issues. One is when you get in, they literally make you feel that if you want any good service, you better accept their timeshare meeting. It’s all geared to getting you there to sell you their timeshare. Also they do housekeeping every other day and some areas of the hotel gets very loud especially at night. ”

“The staff and facilities are great, super nice place to visit. The rooms were fantastic, and very well decorated.
