“Upon checkin extremely detailed instructions on what to do and what not to do, lots of rules. But omission of explanation of heater adjustment.We were required to fill in a form with all our personal details including credit card details. Supposedly a VRBO requirement that we have never come across before. “We rented this property for two nights. After we found where to get entry information, 4 or 5 codes to get there. The grand finale was the door to the suite DID NOT work. This was after hauling everything up 3 flights. We loaded our stuff back in the car and back to the person who gave us the codes. He didn’t know what to do and told us to contact the owners.
