“Väldigt bra ställe. 4.9/5”

“The rooms are terribly small, it’s a discount hotel first and last time. Wanted to check out soon as I checked in but I had paid for my room in advance and didn’t want to lose hundreds of dollars. Didn’t spend much time in the room anyway. But never again.”

“Superfriendly staff. Good location and the rooftop was an extra awesome peek.”

“The property was not well updated and their organizational system seems a tad antiquated and disorganized. However the staff was really pleasant and right on it with any request fixing anything that wasn't up to par.”

Had to move the desk chair to be able to get to side of the bed. One light was out and the shower soap was empty. Threadbare towels and not enough for two people. So not well maintained. No bedside lamp or clock. Overall I felt very ripped off. Only positive was free parking (limited space). Not recommended especially...

“Helt ok boende. Litet frukostutrymme.

“The room was clean and very comfortable, towels and wash cloths were old and worn though. The air conditioning worked well and I didn’t have much interaction with staff. Considering the prices of hotels in NY, I really can’t complain at all for what I paid to stay at the Phoenix. I would actually stay there again if needed. My room was next to the street so it was really noisy, especially on the weekend, thank god I can sleep through anything, if you’re looking for absolute quiet this might not...
