"Room was filthy and nothing was cleaned. I took pictures of the shower because no one has cleaned it. Stains were on the couch. King size bed with queen sized sheets and blankets. We paid extra for a hot tub room and the tub was nasty so we couldn’t even use it. Found bugs in the tub and shower."

"We enjoyed our stay at the lake home. The property was clean and very well equipped. The kitchen included everything we needed. The beds were very comfortable with plenty of pillows and blankets.
