419 Marquesas-Marco Island Waterfront Pool Home in the Middle of the Island.

Welcome to Marco Island!
Enjoy the oversized screened pool and new dock in this waterfront single family three bedroom, two bath home. There spacious open floor plan with comfortable furnishings and water views from every room make this a great family retreat! Dine alfresco on the pool deck with table and 6 chairs. The master bedroom features a new king bed, the guest bedrooms have a queen-size bed and twin beds, and there is a sofa bed in the family room. There is a garage and free Wi-Fi. The pool has electric heat.

Rent this home monthly this season. Christmas and New Years can be rented weekly. Or Weekly Saturday to Saturday only January - March.

Please note that we do not heat the pools during our Summer months: May through mid-November

This is a pet friendly home. ALL pets must be approved by the owners. Additional cleaning fee of a minimum of $200 will be added to your reservation, as well as a security deposit. Please provide the following information; breed, age, and weight.

Residential Rules
We hope you have a wonderful time on Marco Island. We ask that you be mindful of the neighbors around you. While you are on vacation, they are full time residents, and not on vacation with you.
Marco Island does have a strict noise ordinance which is in place 24 hours a day. Be aware of this. Should the police go out to the property you are renting, and a noise violation is issued, it will become your responsibility to pay it, should a fine be assessed. Fines start at 250.00, and move to 500.00, for a second visit.
Also note that the "maximum occupants" per unit, is just that, the MAXIMUM. This means that no more than the maximum limit are allowed on property anytime of the day or night. You are NOT allowed guests that would exceed the maximum capacity identified by the Owners. Furthermore, there are TWO vehicles allowed per rental. No more. Parking is prohibited on the swales and can NOT obstruct sidewalks.

Beautiful place needs updates

We loved this home. It was very well situated and easy to get to restaurants, stores, and beach. Great for kids ! But the carpets were disgusting , stained, and smelled of mold. My allergies went crazy every time I came in the house. I would definitely stay there again if they removed the carpets and replaced with tile or wood.

The house was nice. The carpet had dirty spots, the shower looked like it was leaking through the wall because there was a wet spot on the carpet and looked like black mold there. So it must of been leaking for a while now. The pool was great. Everything in the house could use some updating. But overall we really enjoyed our stay on the island

Spring Break Week

Had a great stay with friends. Patio was super fun for grilling and hanging out around Pool. Close to beach and restaurants and was over rall great stay.

Great Location! Great pool and Lanai area. The house itself is dirty and very outdated! Had to pay out of pocket to have the carpets cleaned because they were stinky and very dirty! A coat of interior paint would do this place wonders!

Nice Pool, Dock and Patio . Quiet Location. Nice Neighbors.

Place is clean but is in need of paint over the wall and ceiling repair areas. Furniture is old. We put sheets over them and all was good! Neighbors are quiet and friendly. Pool was heated to 84 and was clean and big for Marco. Beds were all comfortable (memory foam on King in Master was excellent). Washer and Dryer work great. Kitchen Appliances are old but work fine. Easy walk to Kretch's and the Smokehouse Bay Restaurants. We would stay there again! Thank for letting us rent your house!
