“The room was good for a solo traveler. The room had a funny smell for the first day or two, the windown would not open to air it out, but I had to run the dishwasher and leave it open to air dry and that seemed to help with the smell. The unit also had fruit flys and I could not figure out where they were coming from. There was also a hair in the cotton swabs, I brought my own so I wasn't to stressed. I also think they should think about getting different towels, the white ones looked dirty and...

“We had a lovely stay at the condo. The location was minutes from Marina del Ray and LMU. I loved that Trader Joe’s and Ralph’s were in close proximity. We could also easily access the freeway. We had a great experience!”

“The apt was great and very clean. We appreciated the coffee pods, coffee sweetener and bathroom amenities. The bed was comfortable, but perhaps one more chair in the living area or a seat on the balcony would add even more to the property.While the garage was indeed confusing as others have noted, the directions to the space were very clear and the garage felt safe”

“Stayed here with my family, including a tween and 2 teenagers. The unit was well maintained and clean. We felt very safe in the condo development; as there are multiple gated and locked entries. We had plenty of space to spread out and having a washer/dryer was especially convenient. I would highly recommend if visiting the LA area. It’s away from hustle and bustle of the big city, but close to everything.”

“Check-in was very simple after receiving detailed instructions. Kitchen facilities were adequate for the duration of the stay. The size of the apartment is more suitable for a couple rather than a family of 3. ”

“Sat outside the apartment complex for 2 hrs with my luggage trying to get in. Owner gave me a faulty remote and then kept telling me to just “point it at the gate” (no kidding) to get it to open, after 2 hrs of this I left and had to book a hotel. Apartment is also being rented without the complexes knowledge, and as a result couldn’t access it through the office. Filed a claim w VRBO and hosts still refused a refund. ”
