“We selected this 2-bedroom apartment while completing college tours in the area. It offered easy access to major highways while being within walking distance to shopping and restaurants with lovely marina views. The communication and check-in process was straightforward. The underground parking provided a safe and secure environment. The beds, linens, and kitchen matched the photos accurately. Although there wasn't a view from the windows, it wasn't a priority for our stay. Trader Joe's is just...

“The place was nice, comfortable to sleep in and the neighborhood is nice. With places to eat and shop right around the corner, But a few things if you are a light sleeper the noise from the elevator will wake you up. As the place is right next to the elevator. And every now and then the sink drain in the bedroom and toilet make a noise. And some things need to be upgraded and cleaned a bit better. There was some ants in the kitchen sink and counter. But overall I would recommend this place. ”

“Convenient location near the ocean. Host was very responsive. Free parking under the building. The apatment has 2 beds and a couch. Pool and jacuzzi are nice and clean.”

“We did not use the pool and spa. Several minor issues reduced our overall rating from a five to a four. The minor issues were: the bathtub drain stopper got stuck in the closed position; we were told not to use the garbage disposal; the front door handle was loose and caused a temporary lockout, the dishwasher was not anchored properly; there was a missing slap in the vertical blinds;and while there was adequate silverware, there were no serving utensils.”
