Billiga hotell i Mayarivieran

“Excelente instalaciones, limpieza y delicioso desayuno y muy completo.”

“Communication was excellent and friendly. Great location! Easy walk to tennis and restaurants. Very spacious apartment in a lovely villa. A/C worked great. I wish the pool was not murky and the towels were not synthetic. Again the location, the apartment, the staff were wonderful and I really liked the vibrant floral pattern of the sheets.”

“The hotel is pretty and has great potential however maintenance is needed. The TVs were not working, the inside pool from the family suite was not working either, water dispenser from the fridge was broken, etc. Personell were friendly but they did not managed to fix the issues.”

“Skip (and Doobie) are amazing hosts! They have a beautiful and peaceful Hacienda! Our room also had a very luxurious feel to it. We enjoyed our stay and will definitely return whenever the opportunity arises again. Thank you!”

“Perfekt boende nära buss, strand och restauranger. Väldigt bra personal som alltid hjälpte till så mycket dem kunde. ”

“Great Room & staff. The pool is also amazing. ”

“Vi valde detta hotell för priset då vi ändå bara skulle vidare hem tidigt morgonen efter. Läget är uselt men vad gör det när taxi är så billigt?!”

We had some issues with the rooms and asked the preferred teams to reassign rooms which was quickly supported. The waterpark and dolphin exhibit were both closed and the pool at the caribe was not being cleaned daily near the swim up bar. Meals were good at the restaurants overall but a couple issues stood out with caribe buffet...

“Was a little hesitant to book as I am not a wellness / inward centred person...just wanted a luxe hotel on a gorgeous beach! At least in off season (mid Sept), I saw little evidence of this being a targetted wellness resort. There were classes held somewhere...I never saw them. Alcohol was offered on all menus (usually without prices but presumably not included in this all inclusive resort?) The food was truly amazing and healthy, saw a bit of seafood on menu, not too much red meat. Rooms...

“Inga direkta fel men det är detaljerna som gör att upplevelsen lyfter från okej och blir något mer speciellt. Läget är dock väldigt bra vid stranden och nära in till Playa del Carmen. ”

“The place is very colorful. The room was simple, a bit old, but clean. Wifi worked well. The manager and other guests were very nice. I had a good stay.”

“Ett bra hotell men dom låg lite off. Hittade en god och mysig frukost restaurang som hotellet tipsade om.”
