“We really enjoyed our trip overall. Food was good and people were friendly. I did notice some cracks around the edges, so to speak. We noticed the last night they only put a top sheet over the bed, not an actual cover. We asked for certain things in the mini-fridge (which they encouraged) but it wasn't fulfilled. And 5/6 restaurants we tried I really enjoyed the food. I don't recommend the Italian as it was really dry bread and over salted food. Some disappointing things, but mostly a great...

“The hotelrooms are really old. We had so many issues with our room so they got a new one. First night the AC was so cold and could not change the temperature (talking about a temperature around 15 c). Next day the toilet was flooded with water coming from the ceiling. Third day at the new room the AC was not working at all. Food was generally good, breakfast one of the best I ever had. The French restaurant and the lobster house were both excellent. Avoid Flavour market (Spanish), worst paella...

“Amazing facilities, clean, big hotell but not too many people. We ended our honeymoon here and will definately come back.”

“We just had an okay time. The hotel is understaffed, they need more servers at the buffet and at the pool. It took a while to get our drinks. Pool seemed like it could be cleaned more. We stayed at atelier play Mujeres and secrets maroma and had a better time at those hotels.”
