“Very spacious, has everything you need for a long and comfortable stay, full kitchen with fridge, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, a washing machine and dryer, living area with TV, bedroom with TV. It was a welcome upgrade from the smaller room at Hilton Tapestry which was 2 mins away and costs much more. Staff was friendly and allowed me to check-in 3 hrs early. Would definitely stay again, highly recommend.”

“10/10; Hotel had great hosts, the made to order French toasts with fresh strawberries were awesome, and the indoor/outdoor pool was amazing. The pool was very clean and well stocked with towels. We enjoyed swimming during our stay. The hotel is conveniently located and has a type of homely feel to it. Also enjoyed the courtyard/balcony view. ”

“The hotel was nice but the staff was confused. A guy checked us in went to the room key didnt work had to go back he gave me another key. The next day staff wants to argue that I was suppose to be checked out I'm telling them I book for 2 nights showing them the confimation and everything come to find out we were put in the wrong room under someone else name but she tells us they will fix it and we could just stay in the room we were already in. Leave to go get food come back our key not working...

“Hotel isn’t what the pictures trick you into. Hotel room floors and bottom of shower were very dirty. 4 other families we know that stayed this weekend also said their rooms weren’t cleaned well. Surrounding guest were also awful, smoking weed and partying all night with loud music 2 nights in a row we had to call the cops. ”

“Not a place I will be staying again. There is a roach problem that you can tell they have tried to treat but is not under control. Small to medium roaches on the headboard of the bed, on the window curtain, as well as in the bathroom. In addition to that, not sure what housekeeping cleaned in the bathroom but both the toilet and one of the towels were dirty from someone previously. “Good stay for long term”

“The hotel is not in good condition. I paid thru expedia and they told me the expedia payment hadn't been deposited and they would have to charge me again. Ok no problem. Hotel charged me again. I paid again and went to the room and the toilet was full of toilet paper and debris. The room smelled like marijuana I decided to leave and book another hotel in Las Colinas. Best decision. Do not stay at Hyatt House Dallas/Las Colinas! ”

“The only reason I booked this property was because the listing stated this was a “NEW” property. This was a flat out lie. The property has new management that was the only thing that was new. Poor advertising. The rooms did not look like a traditional Staybridge room which they used stock pics to advertise. Very old dirty nasty furniture in the living room. I booked the 2 bedroom. The bedroom TV remotes did not work. The curtains and the carpet looked like they had never been updated. I could go...
