Furnished and finished with care, Villa Helios guarantees guests maximum comfort and the feeling of feeling at home. Arranged on two floors, which separate the living area from the sleeping area, it guarantees a relaxed feeling of informality thanks also to the brightness of all the rooms which offer a beautiful view of the garden and the lake.The exclusive seating area that you encounter when arriving from the garden is a perfect environment in which to relax and enjoy pleasant convivial moments, before sitting in the dining area inside for more formal dinners.

The separate kitchen, fully equipped and with direct access to the garden and barbecue area, guarantees a welcoming environment in which to entertain. Complete with all the essential appliances, if you wish during your stay it will be possible to have a private chef to enjoy a unique gastronomic experience.

The large lakefront garden, richly planted, will give you moments of relaxation with only the sound of the lake in the background. Just outside the garden walls, a small beach invites for rejuvenated swimming. The private pier of Villa Helios will guarantee you comfortable docking for private trips between the shores of Lake Como towards the renowned Bellagio and Varenna.
In the garden, just outside the kitchen, a large barbecue and a wood-burning oven invite you to informal lunches and dinners on hot summer days and cool evenings. Upon request, a personal chef will guarantee unforgettable culinary experiences.

A small bathroom with shower completes the living/entrance area, while the laundry room is equipped with both a washing machine and a dryer as well as an iron and ironing board. 


Going up a few steps, you enter the sleeping area, where there are six spacious bedrooms, four double bedrooms and two with single beds, each furnished with attention to detail and quality, offering a relaxed and relaxed environment favored by the exceptional brightness guaranteed by the large windows lake view. 
The master suite of Villa Helios boasts a splendid terrace overlooking the lawn and the lake, perfect for intimate moments of relaxation. 

In the sleeping area there is a large bathroom with tub and shower both of generous dimensions, while a small service bathroom with sanitary ware and sink completes the floor.
