- Our place is located in Miami which is known for being a warm and humid city, even though we treat the interior and exterior of the property by monthly to keep pest out, we cannot guarantee that there will not be any insects at the unit.

- The coined washer and dryer are situated at the rear of the building, available for your convenience. Should there be any issues with the washer and dryer a technician will be dispatched at their earliest available time.

- Our apartment is situated in Little Havana, a vibrant neighborhood known for its colorful streets and lively atmosphere.

-- Neighborhood: This apartment is located in a residential area where roosters are common. They may make noise, particularly in the early morning hours. This is outside of our control and part of the local environment. By booking, guests acknowledge this possibility.
