We’re excited to welcome you to Casa del Mar Retreat! To ensure everyone enjoys a safe and peaceful stay, please follow these simple house rules:
🎉 No Parties or Events
• This is a relaxing retreat — not a party pad. No parties, receptions, or loud gatherings allowed.
• Quiet hours: 10 PM – 8 AM, out of respect for our neighbors.
🚭 No Smoking Indoors
• Smoking of any kind (including vapes) is not allowed inside.
• You may smoke on the patio or balcony — please dispose of ashes and cigarette butts properly. Let’s keep it fresh 🌿.
• Important: If smoking, smoke odor, or cigarette/blunt butts are found inside the unit, a $250 cleaning fee will be charged.
🐾 Pets Welcome — With Love
• Well-behaved pets are welcome with a $60 flat fee per pet, per stay (max 2).
• Please let us know in advance if you’re bringing more than one pet.
• If you want to bring more than (2) pets, just let us know as we are pretty flexible.
• Clean up after them 🧼, keep pets off furniture/beds, and don’t leave them unattended.
🕒 Check-In & Check-Out
• Check-in: 4:00 PM
• Check-out: 11:00 AM
Late check-out may result in a fee unless pre-arranged.
Early check-in is available starting at 1:30 PM for $35, and $50 if earlier, subject to availability.
🧹 Clean & Respectful Use
• Treat the space as you would your own.
• Excessive mess or damages may result in additional deep cleaning charges.
• Please do not access or tamper with the owner’s closet or cabinets.
• We provide clean linens for the number of guests listed on your reservation. • Please do not use or open any additional linens stored in janitorial bags, as these are reserved for upcoming turnovers. If accessed or used, an additional cleaning fee may apply since all linens would need to be rewashed.
📦 No Package Deliveries
• We are not responsible for packages, deliveries, or personal items left at the property during or after your stay.
👥 Guest Limit
• The apartment comfortably sleeps 4 guests, with an optional air mattress available for up to 2 additional guests (max 6).
• An extra guest fee of $20 per person, per night applies after 4 guests.
• No unregistered overnight guests allowed.
