Just a few blocks away, you'll find Bayfront Park, Bayside Marketplace and Marina, Museum Park, and the newly revitalized Flagler Street, lined with charming cafés and boutiques.



By car, Brickell City Centre is only 10-15 minutes away, the Design District and South Beach are about 20 minutes, and Miami International Airport is around a 25-minute drive

Per building policy, a member of our team will meet you in the lobby to assist with your check-in. To ensure a smooth and seamless arrival, we kindly ask that you share your estimated arrival time or a preferred time window. If you’re flying in, feel free to provide your flight details so we can coordinate accordingly.

Please note that arrivals after 11:00 PM require special arrangements and may incur a $100 late check-in fee. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation—we look forward to welcoming you!

There is an onsite spa with additional services available for purchase. The property offers on-site security, concierge services, and renowned street-level restaurants. Additional conveniences include 24/7 valet parking and a 24-hour welcome desk. Please note, a resort fee of $35 per day is payable directly the building. Valet parking is available on site at $75 per night plus taxes.

Features a king bed, ensuite bathroom, walk-in closet, and stunning floor-to-ceiling city views with direct balcony access.

Features a queen bed, stunning floor-to-ceiling city views with direct balcony access, ample storage space, and a Smart tv.



★ LIVING ROOM: Features a sofa bed for additional accommodations. Smart TV and floor to ceiling windows with lots of natural light and views. Open concept to the kitchen with a dining table in between the spaces.



★ KITCHEN:

Equipped with modern appliances, including a full-size fridge, oven, stove, coffee machine, electric kettle, toaster, and essential cookware.



★ PARKING:

Valet parking only. Overnight rate of $75 per day, payable directly to the building. You also have the option for street parking and nearby parking garages at more economical rates.



★ PACKAGE HANDLING POLICY:

Front desk package holding available, with no mailbox key access.



★ PET POLICY:

Pets are welcome with a $100 fee per pet, payable to the building at check-in. Advance notice of the number and weight of pets is required.



★ PROVISIONS:

Includes WiFi, Smart TVs, ironing set, laundry facilities, and starter toiletries. Note: Washcloths and kitchen towels not included.



★ GUEST SCREENING:

A check-in procedure for security and fraud prevention will be conducted.



★ SAFETY:

Adherence to CDC cleaning standards with thorough disinfection and exterior surveillance cameras.



★ EXTRAS:

We offer concierge services to our guests. Wishing to rent a boat, engage a chef, or book a massage? Our concierge can arrange these and more upon your request. We want to clarify that the managing host facilitates these local, third-party services and bears no connection with the property owner. The booking of any optional add-ons signifies the renter's agreement to absolve the property owner of any claims related to these third-party activities. We are pleased to arrange housekeeping during your stay, upon request, and at your cost. We reserve the right to assess fines for excessive cleaning, trash removal, and property damage.



★ OBSERVATIONS:

Strict no-smoking policy and low noise levels post 10 PM. Parties and large gatherings are prohibited.



★ CLIMATE AND BIODIVERSITY:

Expect tropical conditions with diverse local wildlife. Regular pest control is in place.
