Guest Access:

The entire space is included in this rental. After a smooth check-in at the building’s front desk, guests have full access to the apartment for the duration of their stay. Enter safely and comfortably, then focus on what matters — whether it’s relaxing, enjoying sunsets over Biscayne Bay, or spending time with family and friends.



The apartment is designed to support both leisure and business stays, so you can stay productive if needed, while enjoying your time by the bay.

✧ PARKING RULES

*** $200 fee for one parking spot for entire duration of your stay. Parking request must be made right after booking and no later than 24 hours before check in.

*** Parking is available on a first-come, first-served basis. If you wish to park more than one vehicle, parking fee for each additional vehicle is $200 per month, subject to availability. Advance notice is required if you need parking.

*** $48 daily valet fee is also available and you pay directly to building each day.



✧ Valet Restrictions

Height limit: 6'6" (fits most SUVs but excludes trucks or vans).

No valet service for slingshots, motorcycles, scooters, or mopeds.

No electric vehicle charging stations available.



✧ Street Parking

Metered street parking is available for vehicles that exceed the height limit or cannot use valet services.



✧ Car Rental

An on-site Enterprise rental car company is conveniently located in our retail lobby.
