We kindly ask all guests to carefully review the listing photos, layout, and full description prior to booking to ensure the size and setup align with your expectations.

Regarding check-in and check-out times: our Airbnb operates similar to most Airbnbs and also follows standard hotel practices, with check-in in the afternoon (after 4 PM) and check-out in the morning (by 11 AM). This allows our cleaning team the necessary time to prepare the home properly for each guest. While we do offer early check-in when available, the $35/hour fee helps cover the added scheduling and staffing costs to make that accommodation possible.

Additional Rules:

-AC NOTE VERY IMPORTANT: Please do not lower the temperature of the unit below 71 degrees as it can freeze the pipes and the AC in the unit will no longer work.

-If you open it, close it. If you borrow it, return it. If you turn it on, turn it off. If you break it, fix it. If you use it, take care of it. If you make a mess, clean it up. If you move it, put it back. Treat this place as if it was your home.

-No drugs, smoking inside the home, or weed ($500 fine)
-No parties or events allowed.

There is free street parking but you are liable to ensure you park in a legal spot.

It is strictly prohibited to dispose of any other items in the toilet, including
● Paper towels
● Baby wipes or cleaning wipes
● Feminine hygiene products
● Any other type of paper or material

I as a host will be fined $300 if any of these items are flushed down the toilet so if anything like this occurs, the guest will be liable.
