Designad för Comfort 3/2 Lakeside, nära allt East Kendall Miami

Lakefront hem med strand i Kendall som är rymlig, ren och designad för extra bekväm sömn. Beläget i ett extremt säkert familjevänligt område. Jag bor några dörrar med min familj och älskar det här. Hemmet är nyligen ombyggd, ny tvättmaskin / torktumlare, nytt AC-system, etc. Fläktar i alla rum också. Fredlig bakgård med sjö som har massor av ankor, sköldpaddor, stora leguaner och egrets- (inga gators).

Perfekt läge precis utanför turnpikeutfart och över från ett shoppingcenter med en 24-timmars Walgreens, Publix Livsmedelsbutik, massor av fantastiska restauranger (italienska, kinesiska, kubanska, peruanska, grill), Killer Melts (grillad ost allt), DollarTree, Starbucks, Smoothie / Juice butik, Cold Stone Glass, Bonefish Grill, Pizza, KFC, Sub Shop, Latinska restauranger, Roller Rink, etc ... alla tvärs över gatan (snabb promenad)!

4 queen sängar i hemmet har sovrummet en ny Tempurpedic Cloud Luxe (mjukaste de gör) på en justerbar fjärrstyrd bas (huvud och fot flyttas upp och ner) med massage / vibration / vågor funktion. Detta är en $ 7000 säng! Det andra sovrummet har en kudd topp mellanskydd madrass och 3: e sovrummet har en fastare madrass med tillval skum topper. Den fjärde är en soffa som kan göras ganska bekväm om det behövs. Du kan också välja mellan många olika kuddar om du gillar tjock, tunn, Tempurpedic, etc. (14 i hemmet)

Stor gym elliptisk maskin i vardagsrummet så att du kan titta på tv och träning.
Fullt kök med alla kastruller, redskap, brödrost, mixer, kaffebryggare, matberedare etc om du vill laga mat, även en rökare / grill. Fullt lager pantry med alla grunderna ... kryddor, kryddor, kaffe och saker som mjöl, socker, olivolja, jordnötssmör / gelé ... gott om Tupperware och allt du behöver känna dig hemma matlagning där.

Vi har tillhandahållit 20 + handdukar i full storlek och massor av alla andra storlekar, 30+ extra örngott, extra lakanordningar för sängar och filtar. Det finns också ett strykjärn, klädvattenberedare, hårtork, första hjälpen, kroppsvask, schampo och balsam, tvål och allt annat som medföljer.

Hemmet är både husdjur och barnvänligt. Vi har ett packplay, barnstol med flyttbart bricka och massor av leksaker tillgängliga för barn och hundsparker i närheten. Det finns en lekplats bara några steg bort.

Vi ligger 5 minuter från Miami Dade College, 15min från Baptist Hospital, 15min till mässan och expo grunder, 15min till FIU, 15min till ZooMiami, 20min till Everglades / Miccosukee / airboat rider / haj dal / gator parker, 30min till downtown Miami, 35min till SouthBeach, 30min till Key Biscayne och 30min till Key Largo.

Vi kommer att försöka ge dig allt du behöver för att göra din vistelse bekväm, vi lever bara 6 hus längs gatan och jag jobbar hemifrån, så om du har några frågor eller problem kan jag nås enkelt och komma över snabbt.

Great host!

Overall this was a great property to stay at. Great location and our kids loved playing in the little beach at the back of the property. Host was extremely accommodating and returned messages and request immediately. Highly recommend.

Great location and property

We came to the area for a convention. The property was as described. We arrived and the key was available. The property was clean, nice and had a great view. There were activities around to keep us entertained and the area was very safe and comfortable. The property also had boards and fishing rods for the pond and close to restaurants. It was a great stay and we would love to stay again when we come back to the area. The property manager was very responsive whenever we needed anything, which wasn't often as the property is very well maintained.

Great spot in the neighborhood

We were entirely pleased with the property, and with how easy it was to communicate with our host when we needed something. We were able to fit our family of seven with two people in each of the three bedrooms, and one out on the pullout couch in the living room. We really enjoyed having the large dining table indoors, as well as the table outside to enjoy the nice evenings. Everything was as we expected, it was great!

Excellent Views!!!

My father and I traveled for my Niece's wedding. The house was conveniently located 3 miles from my Niece and only about 1 mile from the Vista Lago Ballroom... The carriage house was clean and well equipped... The backyard patio and views of the lake were the BEST part of our stay - EXCELLENT!!! Debbie was an excellent host!! Only 2 blocks from shopping (Publix, Walgreens, ABC spirits, etc) - quaint neiborhood.

Excellent cozy vacation home for family!

My wife and I along with two young-adult kids had a amazing stay at this property! The location was perfect for our 1 week adventure and sightseeing vacation. It is close enough for a day trip to Key west, Everglades, Miami city/beach and even Naples. The house comes with all necessary amenities was perfect for our family to relax in the evenings and the backyard lake was an added bonus! Debbie was awesome with her communications and responses. She accommodated our request to extend our stay to another without any trouble and that was a big help for us. I would highly recommend this property to any family!!

I love the ducks.

This was a great little townhouse in a community of townhouses surrounding a man made lake. we found the property very clean, and adequately appointed. One of the best features of the property was a patio which faced the lake and gave you a great view of all the ducks and water fowl. It was very relaxing after a hard day of sight seeing in Miami and Miami Beach.

STAY AWAY. This place was disgusting. It had black mold around the caulking of the tubs. The woodwork was so dirty it looked black in some parts. The refrigerator had old food stuck on the shelves. I had bugs crawling on me while looking on my iPad looking for another place the first morning staying here. The entrance to the house scares you, you don’t even want to go inside. So misrepresented on website. Outside chairs also had mold on the. Oh and yeah, the washer and dryer are outside in a small closet/shed that you couldn’t even unlock because it was rusted. We lost our whole cost of this place because the owner and VRBO do not stand behind what they sell. We couldn’t stay here more than one night.

OCB Battle of Miami

This was a great home for us, plenty of room for 6. The location is close to the highway and just far enough out of the Miami congestion, Neighborhood is relaxing to come back to and relaxing in the morning/evening outside by the lake was enjoyable. We would definitely stay here again!

Week in Kendall

I booked the area because I needed to be in the vicinity for a week. I was immediately surprised by the proactive contact by Debbie. She was checking in to insure we had a comfortable stay with immediately set the tone as welcoming : )) very enjoyable stay and I could not recommend Debbie and her home more. Wonderful experience. The lake makes it a little extra nice setting.

Excellent property with a pleasant and accommodating property manager

We stayed at this property for a week as a group of 7 (6 adults and 1 kid) while visiting family in the area. Overall, we had an excellent experience. The kitchen was well-equipped and have everything we needed to make a few large meals for the group. We also enjoyed the large dining table and beautiful views of the lake. The living with a large TV and Netflix access was also useful for the occasional movie with the group. We also found that there was plenty of parking, which is a feature that I think has a lot of value in vacation home rentals in major cities. Debbie, the owner and manager, was very accommodating and a pleasure to communicate with. Our only issue was the overall quality of the beds, which were generally uncomfortable and seemed to lack adequate support for the mattresses. Notwithstanding this issue, the property was an excellent value for our group of 7.

Cozy and comfortable

Overall the homeowner was very welcoming and easy to get in contact with. The home was clean and cozy. Just the right size for a family of 5 maybe 6. Close to a lot of restaurants and shopping centers.

Maison au calme dans quartier résidentiel à 30 minutes de tout

Cette maison très confortable, super équipée, en bord de lac inspire le repos et la détente. Beaucoup d’épicerie et sauces dans les placards dès l’arrivée. Proche de commerces, elle est située au centre des points d’intérêt du Sud Floride. La propriétaire est très attentive au confort des résidents et réagit rapidement aux demandes (fourniture d’un BBQ, intervention à l’appel...). Je recommande fortement.

Very nice house, child friendly house and neighbouhood

The property is exactly as advertised and better, it will exceed the needs for a travelling family. The house and neighbouhood are very quiet, very family oriented, lots of friendly people running, walking pets. Debbie is very nice and lives very close. We sincerely recommend Debbie and her house to fellow travellers, you'll not regret it.

From the moment we walked in, I knew it was exactly what we were looking for and more. Debbie and her husband were great and willing to do whatever to make us feel comfortable during our stay. Besides the house being beautiful it was in a quiet friendly neighborhood. We even made friends with the neighbor dog and ducks that roam around the lake. This home was within walking distance from a grocery store, pharmacy and restaurants but at the same time the house is not near any busy streets. During our stay, Miami was a little warmer than normal for this time of the year which didn't bother us considering we are from Wisconsin and came to Florida to thaw out. We did use the a/c a few times which cooled everyone down pretty quick. I would love to come back to Miami and stay here again and would definitely recommend this home to anyone.

Great experience!

We rented the house for 6 nights. We were very pleased when we arrived. It was a nice neighborhood. Debbie met us at the house and gave us the tour. She was very friendly and willing to answer any questions. We asked about things to see in the immediate area and she gave us some good places to go and see. The house was very nice and clean. The kitchen was well stocked. We were only 1/2 mile from the turnpike which made it very handy for what we were doing. The house is on a lake which was nice to see from the dining room. If we needed anything Debbie said to just give her a call and she would be right there. If we go back to that area again we will definitely get in touch with her again.
