The fully equipped kitchen allows for effortless meal preparation, while the in-unit washer and dryer add convenience to your stay. Step out onto the private balcony to relax and take in the panoramic views, whether it's sunrise over the water or the city lights at night.

This penthouse offers the perfect blend of comfort, style, and practicality, making it ideal for both short getaways and extended stays.

Guests can rent bicycles for free from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.

Additionally, once per day throughout the entire rental period, the building offers 2 complimentary drinks valued at $10 per glass.

Parking Information: Valet parking is available in the building for your convenience. Additionally, nearby public parking options are accessible for guests.

Garbage Disposal:
- Please follow the designated procedures for garbage disposal during your stay.

Parties & Events
- Parties, receptions, or events are not allowed. Local ordinances dictate no excessively loud music or noise after 10 PM. This rule is strictly enforced and violations may result in termination of your reservation and additional fees.

Parking:
- Valet parking in the building is available for $75 per night (no weekly or monthly rates).
- Nearby public parking options include:
- 644 NE 2nd Avenue (Public parking, $30 per night) – just 1 minute away.
But the price may vary depending on events. I am not responsible for any changes in parking rates.

Pets:
- Pets are allowed. If you would like to bring your pet, please inform us in your initial message. A refundable $150 pet fee will apply.

Personal Belongings:
- The host is not responsible for any package deliveries or personal belongings left at the property after check-out.

Wonderfull apartment at great location.

The apparent is located in great area of the city with easy access to all the best attractions like pier, shopping, museums, restaurants, bars and clubs. Building is new, rooms are spacious and well furnished. The view is incredible! We are highly recommending this place.
