The place is incredibly well located. Smack in the heart of Wynwood, coolest neighborhood in Miami. Walking distance to great shops, restaraunts and attractions. Hosts have done a great job with amenities, cleanliness and the gated off-street parking is a big plus.

Perfect location

The hosts were so friendly and nice! Right in the middle of Wynwood and can walk everywhere! Felt safe and it was much roomier than a hotel room! Would stay again!

Perfect Stay in the Heart of Wynwood – Highly Recommend!

My friends and I stayed at this awesome place for a night, and it couldn't have been better! The location is spot-on, right in the heart of Wynwood, making it super easy to dive into all the activities and sights. Whether it was exploring the vibrant street art, visiting nearby cafes, or checking out local shops, everything was just a short walk away. The graffiti art on the outside was so cool and really set the vibe for a fun and unique stay. We loved hanging out on the balcony, which offered a great space to relax and enjoy the Miami weather. The Pac-Man arcade setup inside was a nostalgic blast that added a fun touch to our evenings. Inside, everything was modern, clean, and just perfect for our stay. The attention to detail in the decor and amenities made us feel right at home. It’s clear that Lisandra and Sergio have put a lot of thought into making this place welcoming and comfortable. Big thanks to Lisandra and Sergio for being such great hosts and making our trip memorable. We truly appreciated the hospitality and all the thoughtful touches. Highly recommend this spot for anyone looking to experience the best of Wynwood!

Great place!!

The property is absolutely immaculate! The owners were extremely helpful, checked in on us regularly to address any needs, and were always available. The location is great. Right in the heart of Wynwood and walking distance to all the Wynwood attractions. Easy Uber or Lyft ride to Marlins and Heat games or to the beach. Highly recommend!

Couldn’t have chosen a better spot in Wynnwood

The space was immaculate and so fresh. All the little details were there and so very welcomed. TSA took my toothpaste but Sergio already had one at the casa. Even the coffee set up they had was spectacular. I felt right at home. Thanks!!! Will definitely rent again next time I’m in the Miami area. One love yall!

Best stay

My adult son and I stayed here for five days. This rental experience was the best we’ve had to date. The unit was clean, modern and nicely decorated. Lisandra and Sergio went the extra mile to ensure our stay was comfortable and enjoyable. I really appreciated the water and snack tray awaiting us upon arrival. The chocolates on the beds was a nice touch too. I was most excited about the stocked spice pantry including coffee and teas. I enjoyed having coffee on the balcony at the start of each day. The free, private secure gated off street parking was another added benefit to this trip. There were a number of pleasant surprises that enhanced our experience. I wish we could have stayed longer. We plan to return in the future.
