This strategic and spacious apartment, with 4 comfortable beds, offers the perfect solution for holidays or business stays thanks to the fast FTTH WIFI. It is located in the heart of the Isola district, full of restaurants and attractions, awarded by "Time out" magazine as one of the trendiest neighborhoods in the world.
The spacious and quiet apartment offers the perfect blend of comfort and relaxation. As soon as you enter you will immediately find the recently renovated bathroom on the right, equipped with a wall-mounted towel warmer, a comfortable shower cubicle, sink, toilet, bidet, and hairdryer and a window for air circulation. Furthermore, a welcome kit consisting of: shampoo, shower gel and conditioner will be provided free of charge for each guest. The spacious living room, where you can relax after a tiring day of shopping or work, consists of a comfortable queen size sofa bed and a 43" 4k smart TV equipped with Netflix for guests to use. On the opposite side you will find a dining table and a French door. Concluding the open space is the fully equipped kitchen where you will find: fridge, freezer, washing machine, oven, stove, Nespresso coffee machine, microwave oven and kettle. There is no shortage of coffee capsules and tea bags supplied. To conclude the apartment is the large bedroom, far from the noise of the city, which will guarantee you absolute rest thanks to a king size bed with memory foam mattress. Furthermore, thanks to the large wardrobe you will have maximum comfort whatever the length of your stay. The house is equipped with complete air conditioning for both heating and air conditioning, and there is 1GB fiber optic Wi-Fi, particularly high-performance for managing various connected devices and for smart working. IMPORTANT: The preparation of the beds occurs as follows:
1-2 guests > ONLY 1 double bed in 1 room
3-4 guests > 1 double bed in 1 bedroom + sofa bed
If you are only 2 guests, there is the possibility of having 2 separate beds at an additional cost of €25 to cover the costs of linen for the sofa bed, to be paid before check-in.

The external terrace is not exclusive property but common to the entire building; therefore, it is STRICTLY FORBIDDEN to place any type of object such as chairs, tables and rubbish bins. It is possible to go out onto the terrace to smoke while keeping a low tone of voice so as not to disturb the neighbors. If we receive reports or complaints from the condominium administrator, we will apply a penalty of €100 to your stay.
Late check-in is possible upon request and for a fee. . City Tax: € 6,30 per person per night to pay at check-in starting from 1 nights for a maximum of 14 nights
