The space, overlooking the communal courtyard, away from the noise of the center, offers a luxurious bedroom with a double bed and a bright bathroom with window and large shower.
Perfect for short stays as a couple or for workers looking to relax.

The apartment offers all the comforts a guest can imagine: super fast wifi, king-size bed, full kitchen, piano, large shower in the bathroom with window, huge desk for working from the comfort of home, private balcony in the living room and a sofa bed.
In addition, the apartment overlooks the inner courtyard of the building, away from any city noise.
For reservations with 3 guests you will find the double bed and the sofa bed all included in the price. If, on the other hand, there are 1-2 guests, the sofa bed will not be prepared unless you notify us in advance for 20€ for the extra linen. .
