Summer: the average air temperature must not be lower than 26°C for all types of buildings.

Winter: the weighted average air temperature must not exceed 19°C. The period of switching on and the daily duration of switching on depend on the climate zone defined by the legislation.

The neighborhood is also well served by transport, including the M3 (yellow line) and M5 (lilac line) metro lines and other means of transport (including TRAM n° 5, n° 7, n° 31 and BUS n° 90, n° 91, n° 92), which will allow you to reach all the main points of interest in the center and in the rest of the city in a few minutes.

Alternatively, the airport is 9 km from the property (approximately 25 minutes by car/taxi).

- From Milan Malpensa Airport, you can reach the apartment by taking the Terravision bus service from the airport to Stazione Centrale, from where you can take the subway (line M3) to the “Zara” stop, a 10-minute walk from the property. Alternatively, the airport is 54 km from the property (approximately 55 minutes by car/taxi).

- From Stazione Centrale, you can reach the apartment by taking the subway (line M3) to the “Zara” stop, a 10-minute walk from the property.
