A wide brand new one bedroom apartment equipped with everything you may need for your stay. This little gem is located in heart of the calm, green and exclusive neighbourhood called Villaggio dei giornalisti. The well connected and unique location is perfect for leisure or business trips. Isola and Garibaldi are really close and reachable by walk in 20 minutes; thanks to the multiple public transportation solutions all the other spots of the city are reachable in a blink of an eye.

We remind you that, in compliance with current regulations, the registration of all guests staying in the apartment is mandatory (including minors). Before your arrival, you will be asked to complete a short form, which will help us organize your check-in in the best possible way.The following check-in options are available:

“Flexibility” Option

You can collect the keys free of charge at the Hostmate offices, located near the Central Station, from 11:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.

“Book an Appointment” Option

The keys are delivered directly at the apartment between 3:00 p.m. and 12:00 a.m.

This service involves an additional fee, depending on the arrival time:

From 3:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m.: €15 (VAT included)

Late check-in from 6:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m.: €20 (VAT included)

Late check-in from 9:00 p.m. to 12:00 a.m.: €40 (VAT included)
