The apartment is a 38 sqm studio located in a central and strategic area within a charming neighborhood in Milan. The renovation was carefully curated to offer privacy, space, and tranquility.
The elegant open space includes a comfortable workspace illuminated by a window, a king-size bed positioned on the opposite side with a 55” 4K smart TV featuring all major streaming services, and a spacious wardrobe perfect for unpacking your luggage.
At the end of the room, also well-lit by a large French door that opens onto a private balcony with a table and two chairs (ideal for a coffee break during the warmer months), you'll find the brand-new kitchen. Fully equipped, it includes a dishwasher, fridge, freezer, oven, induction cooktop, Nespresso coffee machine, microwave, and kettle. A welcome gift of Nespresso capsules, tea bags, and sugar is provided.
On the other side of the room, a small hallway equipped with a washer and dryer leads to the spacious private bathroom. The bathroom features a large walk-in double shower, a sink with a mirror, a toilet, and a bidet.
The apartment is very bright, but blackout curtains ensure complete darkness during nighttime hours.
