The entrance of this two-story townhome leads to the first floor, boasting the dining area, living room, and kitchen. The main suite is located to the left of the entrance, featuring calm, neutral colors and a large HD flat-screen television and DVD player. This welcoming bedroom leads into its en suite main bathroom, boasting a double vanity, a capacious walk-in shower, and a large garden tub perfect for unwinding after a long day. The entrance opens into the dining area, which leads to the living room and fully-equipped kitchen. Enjoy a nice family meal and good conversation at the wooden dining table, which seats up to six guests. Step into the inviting living room, featuring pops of color in the gorgeous matching décor and furnishings. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
